During his tenure as Creative Director of The McKittrick Hotel - home of Sleep No More, NYC - Conor originated a form of theatrical, large scale, immersive event that was unique and unparalleled.

In 2022 Conor and the ONE HUNDRED team worked closely with the producers of Sleep No More, NYC - Emursive - revisiting these legendary events, reformatting and reinvigorating; pushing at the boundaries of the possible and reimagining the message to usher in post-pandemic joy and facilitate communal healing through revelry.

Spanning the five floors of The McKittrick Hotel, revellers abandoned themselves to a hedonistic celebration, where the wondrous beckoned at every corner. Entertainment, interaction, dazzling design and spectacle collided with emotion, Dionysian delights and beauty; offering a profound, celebratory collective rite for over 6,000 guests.
